Turns to Lobbying
Now she is a lobbyist working for another country.
She has registered as a foreign agent under the 1938 Foreign Agents Registration Act. As such, she will now represent the interests of that country in US politics.
First Job

This will be to get U.S. “lawmakers, experts, and opinion makers” to attend the Yalta European Strategy (YES) conference in Kiev next month.
Embroiled in Scandal
Her name is Kellyanne Conway and she has been embroiled in scandal during her political career for Trump.
She has been accused of violating the Hatch Act of 1939 multiple times whilst in office. This is a law which states that federal government employees must not advocate their political beliefs whilst in office. Immediately after her departure from the Trump administration, she had a very public feud with her daughter who considered seeking legal emancipation.
Foreign Agent
Now, Conway has accepted a role as lobbyist for the foundation of Ukrainian billionaire Victor Pinchuk.
The Victor Pinchuk Foundation is registered as a philanthropic company limited by guarantee in the United Kingdom and its focus, according to the registration filing, is to advance artistic, scientific and other cultural causes in Ukraine.
Who is Pinchuk?
Pinchuk is the founder of Interpipe Group, a large Ukrainian steel producer.
He also owns four TV channels and is a member of the Ukrainian parliament.
Controversy
There is controversy in his background since in 2015 he paid $150,000 to Donald Trump’s charitable organization.
It has been reported that this donation was investigated during the probe into the Trump campaign’s alleged involvement with Russia during 2016. However, this donation wasn’t mentioned in the final report of the investigation.
Conway’s Role
Part of Conway’s role as lobbyist will be to raise awareness of Russia’s war in Ukraine.
She will help to organize meetings between US politicians and Ukrainian soldiers and will report back to Pinchuk on this process.
Paid Well
Conway will be paid well for her lobbying role.
She is set to receive $50,000 a month between now and November. At that point, she has the option to renew her contract.
Promoting Attacks?
Conway has been accused of promoting attacks on the vice-presidential candidate JD Vance.
She has denied these accusations saying “I’m not anti-Vance, I was pro-Rubio.”
